Busy last three days! After coming to Chiang Rai I went to a hilltribe village to help constructing a bridge. This is finished now, but I am already on my way to the next project that will go for a week.
As there probably will not be any network around (and I am writing this article with my phone), it may take a while until I can put new content to this site. So just a very short report: the last three days have been great, cool people and nice atmosphere. Food is also great (no surprisen here) and I am doing really fine. Even the weather here is not too uncomfortable, although it rained more in the last days.
If I get the opportunity I will post another article, otherwise I will be back in about 8 days. When I get back I will write a bit more on the background story for these projects. There surely is enough to tell. I scheduled some more image posts for the meantime, so enjoy them and see you soon!

Hier in Fulda ist alles ok, weiterhin schönes Sommerwetter … eine bombastische Himbeerernte: 5,5 kg bis jetzt.

Hallo Annette,
das klingt ja toll mit der Himbeerernte. Ich esse hier immer wieder Früchte, die ich noch nie zuvor gesehen habe. Eine schmeckt wie Litschi, sieht aber anders aus, und andere sind so groß wie Melonen und haben große Stacheln (und der Geschmack erinnert mich an den Papagei aus der Haribo-Packung).
Mein Handy habe ich zur Zeit nicht oft an, so dass mich die SMS nicht unbedingt erreichen würden. Der sicherste Weg ist immer noch per Mail.
Wenn ich heute Abend mal etwas Zeit habe, werde ich mal versuchen die Erlebnisse der letzten Tage zusammenzufassen. Spannend war es auf jeden Fall! Und es geht ja noch weiter…
