Oslo in One Picture

DSCF7063It has been quiet on this blog for a while now. Luckily, this only applies for the blog itself. I, on the other hand, was busy traveling :-). I visited Oslo for a few days and of course I took some (many) pictures.

Right now, I just want to start with a single picture from Oslo. Of course I went to the Opera as it is one of the main attractions. You actually can walk on its roof of it, even though it was a bit slippery with all the ice and snow when I was there.  I thought it would be a nice idea to take a self portrait by using the reflections in the window.

Only when I looked at the picture back home, I realized that there are a whole bunch of objects in it. There is me, obviously, you can see both the interior and exterior of the opera and the monument in the water in front of the opera. There is even a cruise ship and you can even see a bit of the sunset and the view to the ocean.

… can you spot everything in the picture ;-)?

Mannheim Harbor

Today I noticed that I did not do any night photography yet. To change that I did a spontaneous excursion to the Mannheim harbor. So here are the results of my first night shots.
